Noise and Its Control by SRS Ltd

About the CPD Course: This one-hour presentation is for architects and specifiers on controlling noise within buildings. It explains key acoustic concepts such as noise types, the decibel scale, sound insulation performance, and Building Regulations Part E compliance. It explores why buildings can fail sound insulation testing using case studies and real-world examples and presents effective solutions for both new build and conversions projects. The presentation concludes with best practice recommendations and a Q&A session. Ideal for professionals seeking practical guidance on acoustic design and noise control in buildings.
